Slick Magneto Inspection/Overhaul/Testing - $425 plus parts
Bendix Magneto Inspection/Overhaul/Testing - $450 plus parts
Pressurized Magnetos Inspection/Overhaul/Testing - $475 plus parts
An "Overhaul" is usually more costly in parts than an IRAN (Inspect and replace as necessary). An overhaul mandates that certain parts must be replaced, regardless of condition. Typically, a magneto overhaul is required at similar timeframes as an engine overhaul. At the 500 hour intervals, it can be more cost effective, and is generally allowable, to perform an IRAN and return parts to service that pass inspection. However, there are parts that will always be replaced for peace of mind and long term reliability, such as contacts, cams, and other high wear items. A full estimate can be provided when you submit your magneto for service.
We do not service dual magnetos at the present time.
